Set in the heart of the historic town centre, the Collegiate Church of St Mary – with its 174ft tall tower – is a must-see attraction for visitors to Warwick. It is a major local landmark that receives thousands of visitors from around the globe, who come to admire its architectural grandeur.
Founded in 1123, it is famous for its incomparable medieval Beauchamp Chapel with superb stained glass, medieval and Tudor tombs, including that of Sir Robert Dudley, a favourite courtier of Queen Elizabeth 1. St Mary’s Tower is open to visitors throughout the year, weather permitting, and offers spectacular views from the top.
Tower Tour is not suitable for children under eight years old.
