Follow in the footsteps of Shakespeare and visit his family homes – from the house he grew up in to his grand family home where he lived for almost 20 years!
The ‘Five Home Ticket’ allows single entry to each of the five Shakespeare Family Homes across Stratford-upon-Avon and is the perfect starting point for exploring Shakespeare’s works, family, life and times. The ticket is activated upon entry to the first property and is valid for 72 hours.
Please note that Mary Arden’s Farm closes over the winter months (from 3rd November 2019 – Spring 2020). If visiting in the winter please choose the ‘Winter Four Home Ticket’ instead.
The ticket also offers a substantial saving against the individual single entry property ticket prices.

Shakespeare’s Birthplace
Visit Shakespeare’s Birthplace and explore the house where he was born and grew up.

Shakespeare’s New Place
The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust has transformed New Place, the site of William Shakespeare’s grand family home into a contemporary heritage landmark where visitors can connect with the playwright on the very ground where he lived for almost 20 years.
Meet the man behind the works in a fascinating new exhibition. Discover beautiful gardens and specially-commissioned artworks.
Anne Hathaway’s Cottage
Visit Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, the beautiful 500-year-old cottage where Shakespeare courted his bride-to-be.
See original furniture including the Hathaway bed and uncover five centuries of stories in this picturesque cottage and 13 generations of the family who lived there.
Hall’s Croft
Explore the beautifully furnished Jacobean home of Shakespeare’s daughter Susanna and her husband, the physician John Hall.
Wander into the tranquil walled garden and discover the fragrant medicinal herbs, as John Hall would have used in his remedies.
Mary Arden’s Farm
Discover the childhood home of Shakespeare’s mother. Experience the sights, sounds and smells of a working Tudor farm on a fantastic family day out at Mary Arden’s Farm. Meet the Tudors who run the farm just as Shakespeare’s mother would have done, watch craft and falconry demonstrations and explore the farmyard, playground and historic buildings.
Please note: Mary Arden’s Farm closes from November to March.
